Wingers Sticky Fingers

I'm not joking, it taste exactly like it! I am definitely making this again!
Here is the link that I used.

Wingers Sticky Fingers:
Ingredients:

6 - tablespoons Franks Original Hot Sauce (4 - tablespoons for the kids)
3/4 - cup Brown Sugar
4 - tablespoons water
8 - Frozen Breaded Chicken Fingers or Strips

Directions:
Bake the chicken fingers according to package directions. While the chicken strips are baking prepare the sauce.

In a medium saucepan heat the hot sauce, brown sugar and water over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and sauce is heated thoroughly. About 5-10 minutes.

Remove sauce from heat and set aside until the chicken strips are ready. Place cooked chicken fingers in a large plastic container.

Pour the sauce all over the and shut with the lid. Shake until all the chicken fingers are coated with the sauce.

To make Sticky Fingers Wraps, place two sauce-coated chicken fingers onto the tortilla. Add desired amount of cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Wrap up and serve.

Roasted Cauliflower

This is sooo good. I can eat the whole thing by myself, it is a great way to cook cauliflower. 1 large cauliflower trimmed and cut into bite size pieces 16 cloves of garlic 1-2 tsp minced fresh rosemary 1 tsp salt 1/4-1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 cup olive oil. Mix oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic together. Toss in cauliflower and place in large casserole dish one layer. (I use my deep cover baker from pampered chef, I can get you one lol). Roast in preheated oven at 450 for 20 min, give it a toss and bake 10 more min. Enjoy

Chicken Tortellini

Ok Here is a Yummy Recipe that I make just when I don't know what to make. It is really easy and I usually have the stuff on hand. It is one that you just mix and bake:)

Chicken Tortellini
1 big bag frozen tortellini
1 bag frozen chopped broccoli
2 jars of Alfredo sauce
Cooked Chicken and cubed
1 box of stuffing

Mix together frozen tortellini, broccoli, and Alfred sauce. Put in the bottom of a 13x9 pan. Prepare the stuffing as directed. Spread the stuffing over the top of the tortellini mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 15 min. Take foil off and bake another 5-10 min to crisp up the stuffing. It should be nice and bubbly under the stuffing. Serve with salad and enjoy.
