I was given this recipe from my SIL and it's definitely a family favorite!
2 Cups Ritz Crackers Crushed
3 Tbls. Parmesan Cheese (fresh or the powder stuff)
2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
4 boneless skinless chicken breast (I pound mine to make it cook evenly..or I use tenders)
Plain Yogurt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together. Dip chicken in Plain Yogurt and then in dry mix. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
We love to eat it with broccoli and mashed potatoes.
